A Word or Two on RELAXATION

 

RELAXATION is a conditioned response in the nervous system.

The nervous system will become trained to relax and the affect will become deeper and last longer with regular massage sessions.

To start training your nervous system, it is suggested to have regular weekly massages for 4-8 weeks depending on the individual, then spread out the visits when you've maintained the desired relaxation.
